Bronze bushings
Cast and machined C93200 / SAE 660, tin bronze, aluminium bronze and C86300, Ø3–1000 mm.
Bimetal bushings
Steel-backed bushings with sintered bronze bearing layers for oil- and grease-lubricated joints.
PTFE composite bushings
Steel-backed, PTFE-lined bushings that run dry from −195 to +280 °C.
POM composite bushings
Pocketed POM layer for greased, high-load, low-speed joints.
Hardened steel bushings
HRC 58–62 pin bushings for excavators, loaders and attachments.
Graphite bronze bushings
Solid-lubricant plugs for slow, heavy, hot or rarely greased pivots.
Wrapped bronze bushings
Thin-wall CuSn8 bushings with lubricant pockets or through holes.
Flanged bushings and thrust washers

About Bushing MFG
Bushing MFG is the export brand of Jiaxing Bushing MFG (JBM), a manufacturer of self-lubricating bushings and plain bearings founded in 2007 in Jiashan County, an hour from Shanghai.
The plant runs 20 automated production lines and 25 CNC machines and ships around two million bushings a month to OEMs, tier suppliers and distributors in North America, Europe and Asia. Bronze is turned and bored in-house; bimetal strip is sintered and rolled in-house; composite bushings are formed on our own automated lines.

Bimetal strip is sintered and rolled on site and bronze is machined from our own stock, so the bond, the wall and the tolerance are under our control.
ISO 9001 quality system

Which types of bushings does Bushing MFG manufacture?
Cast and machined bronze bushings (C93200 / SAE 660, C86300, aluminium bronze), steel-backed bimetal bushings, PTFE and POM composite bushings, graphite-plugged bronze, sintered bronze, hardened steel bushings, flanged bushings and thrust washers, in standard sizes and to customer drawings.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. Bushing MFG has no minimum order quantity, and samples of both standard and custom parts are free.
How quickly do you quote?
Within 12 hours. When the drawing, dimensions, material and quantity arrive together the answer is often much faster.
Can you make bushings to my drawing?
Yes. Send a drawing (PDF, DWG, DXF or STEP) or the bore, outside diameter, length, material and quantity. We confirm the material, quote, and supply a free sample before production. Bronze samples ship in 3–5 days.
Which quality certifications do you hold?
The plant is ISO 9001 certified. Automotive programmes run under IATF 16949 with PPAP Level 3 submissions. RoHS-compliant constructions are declared per part number and REACH declarations are available.
Where do you ship?
Mainly to North America and Europe, and to other international markets. Parts are packed for export and shipped by sea, air or courier as the order requires.
